Dear Prettiies,
If you notice that I did not reply your email promptly, please allow me to reply in 24-hours.
As Im also working, my timing are getting very tight. Hope you just send in ONE EMAIL at a time. If not there will be confusion and other customer have to wait longer than you to receive my reply.
And please allow me to have some personal time or resting time. I cant work 24/7!! Cant expect me to reply all email. Now I be having time planned. I will do all reply and receive orders and so from 9am - 5pm. Other than that, I wish to get enough rest.
For previous spree customers, Ive been chasing the agent to ship my items. Not to worry about it.
